T-Shirt Mystery!

T-Shirt Mystery!

Another T-Shirt from James (USA): He tells us: "It has a mysterious past. It came from the bottom of a box of old tshirts from the Ada-Findley-Lima chapter. It was the last of its kind, discovered in 2001. There is not chapter or program named on the shirt, only the word "skyline." Some 'old-timers' suggest that it comes from Cincinnati in the late 70's. Other's think it was a camp t-shirt from around the same time. If anyone can shed light on the mystery, this whole tshirt site will be well worth it." So...who knows more?

I copied this picture and sent it around to some people that have been involved in our chapter for many years. I received comments from 2 indicating they believe the shirt is from the Cincinnati Chapter possibly in the 70’s or 80’s and was not from any specific program but a shirt they chapter sold. If we are correct we also believe the significance of Skyline is 2 fold; 1 being that Cincinnati, Ohio has an awesome skyline and the other being that Cincinnati, Ohio is famous for a chain of restaurants called “Skyline Chili.”

I have also forwarded the copy to members of the Cincinnati chapter to see if anyone can confirm this information…..

I hope this helps. Good luck with your site.
