I think this is an interesting shirt - I have never seen a CISV logo that looked like this: The letters are somehow squeezed between the lines of longitude on a somewhat flatter globe. Either it used to be the logo of the time, or CISV Savoie applied a few modifications of their own.

I have a necklace with this old style logo. I got it in about 1978 or '79
