not sure what you mean about the "old" logo. The logo has not changed since 1951. This shirt does not use the official logo.
Here is a picture of the new logo. You can see that there are no more dots in the continents and the logo appears to be cleaner and crisper. I'm not exactly sure when the updated logo was created, but many NAs still use the old logo on CISV merchandise. I've also seen some VERY different logos, like this one. No clue from where it is.
